Concept designs of UNIT-01 illustrated by director Hideaki Anno (庵野秀明) and coloured by character designer Yoshiyuki Sadamoto (貞本義行) in 1993, for the TV Animation Proposal (prototype book), 2 years before the show’s airing. “Angel Attack” aired in Japan, in October 4th of 1995.
